Terms of Service

Genesis is the client intake and shared project workspace of loveJesus.software. By creating an account or using it, you agree to these terms. They are written to be read.

1 · What Genesis is

A place where prospective and current clients tell us about their company or ministry, share materials, follow project progress, and talk with us. It supports — it does not replace — the written agreement we make for each engagement.

2 · Your account and who you let in

Sign-in is passwordless: an emailed link or “Continue with Google.” Keep your email account secure — anyone who controls it can reach your Genesis account. You may grant other email addresses access to your account; you are responsible for those grants and for removing people who should no longer have access.

3 · What you give us must be yours

• Give accurate information — estimates and plans are built from it.
• Upload only material you own or are licensed to use. No copyrighted content you don't have rights to, and nothing unlawful. We may remove content that breaks this rule.

4 · Estimates and pricing

Any hour ranges or figures shown in Genesis are good-faith estimates to start a conversation, not quotes or commitments. Scope and pricing for actual work are agreed with you personally, in writing, before that work begins.

5 · Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of everything you tell us and upload. You grant us permission to use it to scope, build, and maintain your project. Ownership of delivered work (designs, code, sites) is defined in each engagement's written agreement.

6 · Honest words about AI

We use AI assistants, under our direction, throughout this service — to organize intake information, suggest follow-up questions, and run the optional voice interview (a beta: it is still learning, and L.J. reviews its conversations). AI output is reviewed by a human before it becomes a commitment. See the Privacy Policy for exactly which processors are involved.

7 · The service is provided “as is”

We build carefully and keep versioned history precisely so nothing is lost, but Genesis is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability connected to the use of this workspace is limited to the amounts you have paid us for the services giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8 · Ending things

You may stop using Genesis and request deletion of your account at any time (lovejesus@lovejesus.software). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or these terms.

9 · Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If we change them in a way that matters, we'll update the effective date above and note it plainly.
