Privacy Policy

Genesis is the client intake and project workspace of loveJesus.software, a small software studio run by L.J. in Florida, USA. You give us information here so we can understand your company or ministry and build your website well. This page says plainly what we keep, why, where it lives, and how to have it removed. No legal fog.

What we collect

  • Sign-in details. Your email address, and your name if you share it. If you use “Continue with Google,” Google tells us your email, your name, and your Google account ID — we use these only to sign you in. We never see your Google password and we don't touch anything else in your Google account.
  • What you tell us. Your intake answers: company or ministry details, story, mission, addresses, phone numbers, feature interests, budgets and preferences, plus any requests and messages you send us. Every save is kept as a version so nothing is lost.
  • What you upload. Images, video, audio, and documents you add for your project.
  • Voice interviews (optional, beta). If you choose to talk to our voice assistant, the audio is processed by ElevenLabs and we keep the transcript and a summary. You can always skip it and type instead.
  • Technical basics. One session cookie so you stay signed in. That's it — no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies.

What we use it for

To understand your project, prepare estimates and proposals, build and maintain your website, and communicate with you. We are open about this: we use AI assistants, working under our direction, to read and organize this information so we can serve you faster. They operate under strict rules — see the credentials note below.

We never sell your data. We never share it for advertising.

Where it lives, and who processes it

Your data is stored and processed by a short list of services, each receiving only what it needs:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, database, and file storage (global edge network).
  • Google — sign-in only, if you choose “Continue with Google.”
  • ElevenLabs — voice interview audio, only if you use the voice assistant.
  • OpenRouter / DeepSeek — AI text processing of intake content (e.g. suggesting follow-up questions).
  • Our email relay (Mailu / 2smtp) — delivering sign-in links and notifications to you.

A special word on passwords and credentials

If, during a project, you entrust us with a login (for example your domain registrar), it is stored encrypted, is visible only to L.J. in a protected admin area, and is never exposed through our APIs, to AI systems' logs, or in any message. Our assistants are instructed to redact credential material from correspondence.

How long we keep it, and your rights

We keep your information while we work together, including the version history that protects your edits. You can ask us at any time to see, export, correct, or delete everything we hold about you — email lovejesus@lovejesus.software and a human will answer. Deletion removes your account, intake versions, uploads, and transcripts, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Children

Genesis is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
